Work background
I have 12 years experience in the IT sector including 10 years managing *nix (Linux, *BSD, Mac OS X Server, etc) and Windows servers and supporting users in many contexts (servers and workstations). I also have operational hands-on experience with AIX and HP-UX. I have used Snort and related tools for monitoring security in routed networks, as well as experience working with securing/hardening the local system’s services and data. I have experience with computer forensics and data recovery.
